This track flexes a few more production muscles. Annnnnd, exciting to me, bringing a song in under 2:30 (2:29 to be exact!) haha. Anyway you should go listen. It’s short, sweet, and if nothing else, a step further into that “wheatfield” style.

“Wheatfield?” you ask.

“Wheatfield.” I reply, in a warm, reassuring, & seemingly god-like tone.

Then I really lay it on.

“Those rolling hills i call home, carved from glaciers only 10,000 years ago and covered with life. Look over an endless field of wheat dancing in the wind! It’s free, wild and beautiful, it weaves and waves rhythmically and when the sunlight hits just right, you can hear the music.”

Silence (Awed, i’m sure)

Then,

“That, plus I literally make dance music in the middle of a wheat field.”

Profound, right?

Anyway, i like the idea of ‘wheatfield’ dance. it’s authentic, hopeful and straightforward. Just like the region.
